For as long as you agree to these Terms and abide by them, you may use the Service. You may not share your Account or password with anyone, and you agree to notify Provider immediately of any unauthorized use of your password or any breach of security. Provider will not be liable for any loss that you may incur as a result of someone else using your password or Account.
9. Payments and Subscriptions
You will honor your payment obligations for services you purchase on the Site. For recurring charges applicable to your subscription, you agree that third-parties working on our behalf may store your payment information to process future transactions. All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as provided in our refund policy.
10. Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our customer service team or by using the cancellation page on the Site. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access to the Service until the end of that period. No refunds will be issued for the remaining portion of a billing period after cancellation unless covered by our money-back guarantee.
11. Intellectual Property, Trademarks and Copyrights
All content on the Site including text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software is the property of Provider or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.
